Psychotherapy

I provide Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Family Psychotherapy. I treat OCD, Anxiety, Trauma, and Other Related Disorders, including Co-Occurring Conditions. My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and solution-focused. My style is supportive, educational, and therapeutic.

I believe that therapy can generally work for everyone, in their own way, with their own style. My goal is to work with you at your own pace, and meet you where you are at. You are the expert of your life and situation. As we collaborate together, I want to help you cultivate change and help you foster growth so you can feel hope, relief, and overall wellness.

I will deeply listen to you, your stories, and help you through your unique experiences. I know that your thoughts do not represent who you are as a person and I want you to know that you are not alone. Your fears, thoughts, and experiences are safe in our work together. I provide a space to focus on healing and resiliency, help you explore and achieve your goals, develop awareness, and give you hope. We will utilize the many strengths you have, identify and build on solutions together, and help you achieve what you want to see.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”- Maya Angelou
