I welcome a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together.
For all initial intakes/assessments, the rate of $200.00 applies for a 55 minute session.
For an individual session, the rate of $150.00 applies for a 55 minute session.
For all couple, relationship, and family sessions, the rate of $165.00 applies for a 55 minute session.
For all High Conflict Co-Parenting/Custody Intervention services for purpose of reunification, the family is identified as the patient/client, rather than an individual of the family identified as the patient/client (IP), the rate of $250 applies for all initial intakes/assessments for a 55 minute session and the rate of $230 applies for a 55 minute session after the intake/assessment is completed.
For payment, I accept cash, credit card, debit card, and/or check.
Currently, I am in-network with the following insurance plans: Kaiser Permanente, First Choice Health, Anthem, LifeWise, and Premera.
If you are currently with an out-of-network insurance carrier, you can receive a receipt for services, which you can submit to your insurance company if your policy allows for out-of-network services, and they may or may not reimburse you for such services. If you would like to be reimbursed, you are responsible for obtaining any authorization your insurance requires prior to initiation of treatment.
Good Faith Estimate: A good faith estimate of client costs is available upon scheduling or at your request.
Approved Clinical Supervision
The fees are $100.00 per hour for Individual Supervision and $50.00 per hour for Group Supervision. For payment, I accept cash, credit card, debit card, and/or check.

Professional Consultation & Training
The fees are $100.00 per hour for Individual Professional Consultation and Training Services. The fees are $75.00 per person for a 1.5 hour Professional Consultation Group. For payment, I accept cash, credit card, debit card, and/or check.
