I offer Approved Clinical Supervision per WAC 246-809-334 for Marriage and Family Therapists, Mental Health Counselors, Advanced Social Workers, Independent Clinical Social Workers, and Certified Counselors. Clinical Supervision is educational and supportive which is necessary for the development of being a competent, ethical and professional provider. The model of supervision will be based on what works best for you.
The purpose, goals and objectives include fulfilling the requirements under Washington State Department of Health Credential Licensure to promote the development of the supervisee’s professional identity and competence. Supervision will focus on the acquisition of knowledge, conceptualization, and skills.
As an Approved Supervisor, I offer quality supervision and a supervisory relationship that is built on trust, confidentiality, support and empathetic experiences including constructive feedback, safety, respect, and self-care.
